This week topic is about….. BROMANCE! It’s fun but also hard because most of the bromance I love are bordering on gay ships: johnlock, cherik, destiel, merthur…. the list just goes on and on and on. bUT I manage to compile 5 bromances that even though they can be ships, at least the chances of people screaming “BUT THEY ARE MORE” to them are less.
Not that I’m complaining though, since I also ship those aforementioned ships and they are like my ultimate OTPs.
Jem Carstairs and Will Herondale
THIS IS THE POST WHERE I CAN SHOUT ALL MY LOVE FOR THEM. And I would, except listing all the things they’ve done for each other will definitely spoil TID story for people who hasn’t read it.
Just trust me and leave it at “they are the best non-blood brothers ever existed.”
Tony Stark & Bruce Banner
Okay I’ll admit it at front that what I know of their relationship is based on what I see on MCU. Comics are expensive guys. But I love how Bruce never asked Tony anything, Tony prepared everything to handle Bruce at his worst, and both of them never actually probe into each other personal lives if it makes them uncomfortable.
Gimli, Legolas, and Aragorn
Despite of being from different races, especially considering how elves and dwarves had bad blood between them, the bond between this trio is surprisingly strong. I especially love the banter between Legolas and Gimli that counteracts Aragorn brooding love problems.
The Marauders
You know they’ll make an appearances somewhere in this post right? I mean, I made a post for their tragic friendship, so they have to be somewhere.
Mr. Bingley and Mr. Darcy
Darcy is Bingley ultimate wingman and vice versa, no one can convice me otherwise.

I love all of these! Seriously, I would’ve picked the same ones. I probably would’ve added Harry and Ron + Bucky and Steve to this list but that’s it. Great topic, by the way. I absolutely love bromances!

I love bromances and did a whole post on it a few weeks back. Jem & Will absolutely made my list. Other book bros I love: Link & Ethan from Beautiful Creatures, any of John Green’s male characters (for the most part), but mostly Hassan & Colin, Percy & Grover from Percy Jackson. I love that we are seeing more and more bromances! Fave TV bromances: JD & Turk from Scrubs, Gus & Shawn from Psyched, Stiles & Scott from Teen Wolf, Joey & Chandler from Friends.

Oh my god, I can’t believe I forgot Legolas and Gimli! I was literally just talking about them to husband when I was telling him about this topic a couple of days ago, ugh. I remembered Jem & Will, though. Great list!

Ahhh I love Gimli, Legolas and Aragorn’s bromance, they are just SO GREAT together, I ship them so much, especially Gimli and Legolas ahah 🙂 ❤
